The Kanger Protank 4 Evolved has been masterfully designed to visual perfection. Made with extremely durable and corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the body of this masterpiece offers a radiant finish, giving it an exceptionally clean and elegant look. Its large rectangular window vividly displays the remaining e-juice, as well as the stunning internal mechanics. The Kanger Protank 4 Evolved Clearomizer is furnished with a high-grade Pyrex glass 5ml tank. Glass tanks are superior to plastic ones, as they are entirely resistant to the acidity contained within e-juices. Being impervious to this acidic environment provides for a markedly cleaner, purer, and truer taste from your liquids, as there is no plastic present to cloud the flavor. However, the only downside to glass tanks is their susceptibility to breaking when accidentally dropped. To combat this, Kanger wisely encased the Protank 4’s glass tank with a stainless steel outer shell, thereby offering solid protection.

Kangertech intelligently furnished the Protank 4 Evolved with two separate airflow control valves—one at its base, and the other beneath the drip tip. The bottom airflow valve allows you to customize the airiness of the hit that is produced, allowing you to make it airier or tighter depending on your preference. The bottom valve is also very useful in helping to eliminate flooding and gurgling when switching between e-juices of varying PG-to-VG consistencies. The Protank 4’s top airflow valve, on the other hand, permits you to regulate the temperature of the produced vapor. Widening the valve offers cooler vapor, while tightening it provides for a warmer vapor.

The Kanger Protank 4 is topped with a sensational Delrin and Stainless Steel drip tip. The stainless steel portion of the mouthpiece houses the top-positioned airflow control valve, while the Delrin portion is designed to make contact with the user’s mouth. Delrin is a highly-crystalline thermoplastic, which demonstrates superior resistance to heat at high temperatures. This keeps the drip tip cool to the touch, making it the perfect material for the Protank 4’s mouthpiece. The included drip tip is in the standard 510 size, permitting you to switch the included one with any 510 mouthpiece you wish.

Demonstrative of their mastery in the field, Kangertech engineered the Protank 4 Evolved Tank with two filling options. Rather than being forced to unscrew the tank from your battery and remove the base each time your tank is in need of a refill, the Protank 4 allows you to add e-juice to the tank from the top of the device. This top-fill design makes refills extremely quick and effortless, as you do not need to detach the tank from your battery.

Adding to the ease of refilling the tank, the Protank 4 is also equipped with a side-fill liquid port, which affords you the ability to fill the tank through an allotted slot on its side. This allows you to add liquid on the go, without being forced to remove or otherwise detach any component. These two filling options positively eliminates the hassle and frustration associated with traditional refills.

In an effort to continuously stay ahead of the curve, Kangertech designed the Protank 4 Evolved with a child-lock safety feature. This remarkable function helps prevent children from accessing the e-juice from within the tank—a very clever function. This unique and brilliant design provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that your young children are protected from accidental e-liquid ingestion and contact.

Characteristic of Kanger, the Protank 4 Evolved has been designed to not only operate with the new coils specifically made for it, but is also capable of accommodating all of the existing Kangertech SSOCC atomizer coils. This provides you with a truly vast array of atomizer coil options, making the Protank 4 perfect for mouth-to-lung vapers and direct-to-lung vapers alike. One of the new coil options for the Protank 4 are the Kanger Ceramic Atomizer Heads. These magnificent coils are completely wickless, using a porous ceramic unit to absorb the e-juice rather than cotton. This provides for sensational flavor production, as well as lasting substantially longer than traditional wicked atomizer heads.

Adding to the versatility of the Kangertech Protank 4 is the separate velocity-style RBA deck that can be used in place of the pre-made atomizer coils. This fabulous component allows you to build your own atomizer coils with great ease. The Protank 4’s RBA deck is pre-fitted with a wonderful Dual-Clapton-Coil that is ready to use with organic cotton wicks. The RBA component makes the Kanger Protank 4 a hybrid tank, perfect for vapers and builders of all levels. Similar in construct to a guitar string, Clapton coils involve the wrapping of a larger gauge wire around a smaller gauge one. This, in turn, provides for substantially larger surface area, resulting in considerably larger vapor clouds. Moreover, the Clapton’s configuration produces small pockets of space where e-juice will be trapped, thereby further intensifying the flavor that is produced as well.

In line with Kangertech’s forward-thinking practice, they have intelligently designed the Protank 4 with a remarkable child-lock feature. This child-proof mechanism allows you to lock the top of the tank in place, thereby dramatically reducing the possibility of children accessing the e-juice within the tank. However, Kanger did a truly splendid job in making the tank’s liquid difficult for children to access, but relatively effortless for you to do so.

In order to make cleaning and maintaining the Protank 4 Evolved convenient and effortless, Kangertech wisely designed the tank so that most of the individual parts can be separated from one another. This ability to disassemble the entire device provides you with ready access to all of the small grooves and crevices of each individual component, making it easy to thoroughly clean your Protank 4. Moreover, the removable drip tip permits you to interchange the included mouthpiece with any compatible drip tip you wish, thereby allowing you to customize the look and feel of your Kanger Protank 4.
